FAQs
How much do you charge?
Nothing. If we decide to enroll into a plan or to switch plans, the insurance company will send me a check directly.
What should I bring with me to the appointment?
Please bring your list of current medications with the strength, frequency, and quantity (5 ml bottle, 5 insulin pens, 30 gram tube of cream, etc). Also bring your list of health care providers with their first and last names please. Lastly, please bring your current health insurance cards as well as your Medicare card.
Can I bring my spouse?
Yes, and please make sure you sign up for the longer appointment for 2 individuals.
How do I know if i need to make an appointment for the annual open enrollment period?
If you received and read the annual notice of change (ANOC) form that your current insurance company sent to you and you are satisfied with the changes, there is no need to schedule an appointment with me.
Do you meet Face to Face or virtually?
All appointments are available virtually or in-person. Zoom meeting information will be sent the day of the appointment. Directions to my office location will be sent via email the week of the appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Because your time and my time is important, email and texts reminders will be sent to remind you of your preserved time slot. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Canceled appointments may be rescheduled.
